As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will monitoring clients in the facility, charting behavioral observations, facilitating educational reading groups, supporting our patients while in treatment and working closely with our team of counselors, case managers, nurses and vocational specialists to get them back on track and home to their families (our patients range in age from 18-65).
We have multiple opportunities for First, Second and Third (Overnight shift) available in our programs. Weekend availability is required for all positions (We offer a shift differential for night and weekend shifts).

PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Clinical Support Specialist (front desk) will provide excellent customer service and patient services to include data collection, entry, tracking and reporting, enrollment in various services, scheduling, and general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, answering phones, etc.
As a Care Coordinator, you will coordinate the full cycle of care for clients seeking treatment for Behavioral Health Disorders.
The Lab Monitor performs all procedures associated with the collection and processing of urine samples for drug screen analysis for male clients.
As a Counselor you will provide intensive in-home clinical intervention and counseling for clients at risk for or diagnosed with chemical dependency or co-occurring chemical disorders that are also involved with the child welfare system. Excellent written and oral communication skills needed and the ability to manage multiple projects. Significant local travel required with no out of state travel.
As a Counselor you will provide clinical intervention and case management for juvenile clients diagnosed with chemical dependency or co-occurring chemical dependency and mental health disorder.
Driving clients to appointments arranged by the transportation Coordinator and leadership. Monitoring clients in the facility, charting behavioral observations.
