As a Family Support Specialist you will monitoring patients and their children in the facility, charting behavioral observations and facilitating educational groups by performing the following duties.

As a CNA you will provide medical support to clients under the supervision of nurses. You will provide support to nurses with medical and administrative tasks.

Participate in recruitment, retention, and post treatment monitoring of clients diagnosed with chemical dependency. Assist with community education, data collection, outreach strategies and development. Provide risk reduction education, HIV testing and referrals to aid in the prevention of new HIV infections by performing the following duties. Participates in the coordination and planning of community events as well as day to day activities of the program. Responsible for initial engagement and maintaining relationships with community partners. Maintain work performance in accordance with unit goals.

As a Counselor for Medication Assisted Treatment services you will provide clinical intervention and case management for clients who are enrolled in the Medication Assisted Treatment Center maintenance program (MAT).
