PRIMARY FUNCTION
Driving clients to appointments arranged by the transportation Coordinator and leadership. Monitoring clients in the facility, charting behavioral observations.
SCOPE OF WORK
The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position.
1. Transport clients as required (as approved by insurance provider)
2. Assist with recreational activities.
3. Monitor medication.
4. Monitor & Chart client behavior
5. Submit incident reports as required.
6. Participate in client staffing and team meetings.
7. Perform Pre and post vehicle inspections, and House check, as required.
8. Enforce house rules and curfew.
9. Monitor urine drug screens.
10. Provide administrative support as required.
STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
1. Complete and Pass a DOT application and be approved to drive.
2. Maintain client rights as defined by DCF.
3. Maintain the highest standards in ethical conduct and confidentiality.
4. Maintain clinical records in accordance with Agency standards.
5. Follow all established Agency policies and procedures.
6. Model ideals of integrity, loyalty, and teamwork.
7. Sustain a positive, caring, supportive, recovery-oriented environment.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
? High School - Vocational Training - Undergraduate Degree - Masters Degree
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
? Current Valid Florida Driver License, REQUIRED
RELATED EXPERIENCE
- One to Two Years
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports. Ability to speak effectively. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
