Court Liaison

Scope of Work:

  • Provide services to criminal justice clients, courts, and local correctional offices.
  • Participate in all required court hearings.
  • Conduct client assessments and evaluations and make treatment recommendations.
  • Make referrals to appropriate resource agencies.
  • Develop and maintain referral sources.
  • Provide crisis intervention, when needed.
  • Submit SALS, SISARS and other reports as required.
  • Assist in training and education of other staff members, interns and students.
  • Submit reports as required.
  • Participate in clinical staffing and team meetings.
  • Provide support for receptionist program.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Undergraduate degree (required)
    • Less than two years of related experience (required)
    • Must be able to pass background and drug screen prior to start date
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. 
    • Ability to write routine reports. 
    • Ability to speak effectively. 
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. 
    • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Regularly required to sit and talk or hear. Frequently required to stand and/or walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.

    Compensation: $15.84 / hr
