Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Scope of Work:

The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position.

  • Monitor program requirements for UDS and distribute urine results.
  • Complete SAL's and urine paperwork with an accuracy rate of at least 97%.
  • Provide direct client care as needed.
  • Provide medical support to clients including vital signs and blood draws.
  • Assist with checking in new clients and providing new client orientation.
  • Assist with admission and discharge functions, including client inventory.
  • Provide administrative support including answering phones, collecting information for client intake, scheduling appointments, submitting reports, distributing mail, and ordering supplies.
  • Maintain client and/or administrative files.
  • Work in the electronic health records system entering general notes and charting client information.

Education and Experience:

  • High School (required).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • CNA license required.
  • Phlebotomy Certification (a plus).
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screen prior to start date.

Job Type: Full-time (Non-Exempt).
